IMPORTANT
All players must sign a waiver before participating. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in ejection and possible suspension from all LVIS programs.
Game Duration
Games consist of two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime.
Clock runs continuously except for injuries and timeouts.
Each team receives one 1-minute timeout per half.
Team Composition
Teams consist of 6 players on the field (5 field + 1 goalkeeper).
A minimum of 4 players is required to start a game.
Unlimited substitutions on the fly.
Coed games require at least 2 female players on the field at all times.
Fouls & Penalties
No slide tackling — automatic yellow card.
Accumulated fouls: penalty kick awarded after 5 team fouls per half.
Two yellow cards = red card. Red card = ejection + 1-game suspension.
Fighting or violent conduct = immediate ejection + minimum 3-game suspension.
Walls & Boundaries
The ball is in play off the walls (boards) at all times.
Ball over the wall = restart with a kick-in from the point it went over.
Goalkeeper cannot punt or drop-kick — must throw or roll the ball.
Goalkeeper distribution must not cross the halfway line without bouncing.
Scoring
Goals can be scored from anywhere on the field.
Goals scored directly from a kick-off count.
Own goals count.
Three-point line: goals scored from behind the designated line count as 2 points.
Equipment & Dress Code
Shin guards are mandatory for all players.
Indoor or turf shoes only — no cleats or metal studs.
Teams must wear matching jerseys. Home team changes on conflict.
Goalkeeper must wear a distinguishing jersey color.
